According to latifundist.com Kernel Holding waits for Ukrainian Antimonopoly Service permission to acquire Ukrainian assets of Serbian MK Group.
In report it is stated that the largest Ukrainian sunflower oil producer is to purchase ten companies which belong to Agro Invest – Ukrainian arm of MK Group.
Land bank of MK Goup in Ukraine is estimated at about 40k ha, grains storage facilities – close to 180k tons.
Earlier we reported about plans of Kernel to acquire Ukrainian farming assets (land bank of about 70k ha) of Glencore and Ukrainian Agrarian Investments holding (more than 200k ha).In case all planned deals will be realized, Kernel will become the largest Ukrainian agri-holding by size of its land bank (which will make more than 700k ha).
