In total since the beginning of current season grains export out of Ukraine made 26M tons, by 20% higher y-o-y.

In November Ukrainian wheat export made 2.4M tons, +1.2M tons y-o-y. In total since the beginning of MY2021/22 Ukraine exported 14.8M tons of wheat (+23% vs. previous season). According to our estimations, in the whole MY2021/22 total Ukrainian wheat export is to make about 23-25M tons of wheat (vs. 16.6M tons in MY2020/21).

As for corn, due to delay in corn harvesting, its export in the end of October – beginning of November delayed as well, however, in the second part of November it accelerated, as a result, for the whole month it made 3.8M tons.

Taking into account record-high Ukrainian corn crop in Y2021 (estimated at about 40M tons), total corn export in MY2021/22 is to make about 32M tons (vs. 23M tons a year ago).

We should also note that barley export remains quite active. With total barley crop in Y2021 at 10M tons, since the start of current season and till the end of November Ukraine exported 5M tons (+1.3M tons y-o-y).
