According to the statement on London Stock Exchange current share of BlackRock Inc in Ukrainian pellets producer approached 5.7%.
Earlier it was reported that second-largest shareholder of Ferrexpo – Wigmore Street Investments, which owned 24% share in the company in October’16 fully sold its stake to institutional investors (first deal was realized in the end of October, second – on January 27). It is probable that BlackRock has been in the list of institutional investors which bought Wigmore stake.
During one day of January 31 share price of Ferrexpo grew by 5.6% up to GBP 152 (close to the largest level since April’14).
