According to information of Interfax-Ukraine one of the largest Ukrainian shell eggs producer and exporter studies possibility to purchase assets in Poland.

On our opinion it is possible that such step can be realized to facilitate export of Ukrainian shell eggs and related products into EU (similar to decision of MHP to establish processing enterprise in Netherlands).

In any case we see that Ovostar, because of its low debt burden and good margin of safety in business, has good potential for further development in Ukraine and abroad.

In 9m 2016 the share of the company in total Ukrainian eggs production was close to 9%, among industrial producers – 18%.
