In March 2017 Ukrainian companies exported about 683k tons of sunflower oil, which is the highest monthly value since the beginning of current season and much higher vs. March of previous year (when about 400k tons of sunoil was exported).
Average sunflower oil export price in reporting month made USD 753/t (by USD 5/t lower than in February).
In total since the beginning of current season Ukrainian sunflower oil export made 3.4M tons, monthly dynamics looks as follows:
Export of Ukrainian soybeans in March has been quite active as well – its value made 490l tons, which is one of the highest soybeans monthly export figure in Ukrainian history. In particular, since the beginning of current season this value was exceed just once – in November, when soybeans export made 550k tons:
In total since the beginning of current season Ukrainian companies exported almost 2.4M tons of soybeans (in Y2016 Ukrainian soybeans harvest made 4.3M tons).
Soybean oil export in March increased as well – if during first two months of Y2017 its monthly volume made close to 11k tons, in March it already comprised 24k tons (USD 18M). Oilseeds meals export during last reporting month amounted to 526ktons (USD 94M), which has been by 35k tons higher vs. previous month.
