According to preliminary information of Ukrainian Ministry of Agriculture Ukrainian grains harvest in current season made record-high 66M tons, by 5.9M tons higher than in previous season and by 2.2M tons higher than previous record of Y2014.
Wheat harvest made 26M tons with yield of 4.2t/ha (in last year – 26.5M tons with yield of 3.9t/ha), corn – almost 28M with record-high yield of 6.6t/ha (last year – 23.3M tons and 5.7t/ha).
Sunflower seeds harvest made the largest in Ukrainian history 13.6M tons (yield – 2.24t/ha), as for soybeans harvest, it broke new record as well – 4.3M tons with yield of 2.31t/ha.
