According to customs statistics data poultry export from Ukraine in June 2017 made 23.5k tons (about USD 34.2M in money terms), which is by 26% higher y-o-y.
Along with it export value in June has been the lowest for the latest four months (monthly export record has been set in March, when Ukrainian companies exported 33k tons of chickens).
In total since the beginning of Y2017 Ukrainian companies exported 147.4k tons of chickens (USD 196M), which is by 39% more than in corresponding period of Y2016.

In Y2016 Ukrainian poultry export made about 240k tons (vs. 161k tons in Y2015), which is USD 292.5M in money terms.
As for poultry import in June it made 8k tons. Average price of imported production remains much lower vs. average export price: in the reporting month import price made USD 0.38/kg, export price – USD 1.45/kg (vs. USD 1.33/kg in May).
