According to Ukrstat information in November 2016 poultry production by Ukrainian enterprises made almost 100k tons, which is the highest monthly volume for the last several years. Growth vs. both previous month and November ’15 made more than 25%.
For January-November’16 total production figure made 883.8k tons, by 10% more than in corresponding period of previous year. In reporting period fresh poultry meat production increased by 3% (up to 665k tons), while frozen – by 38% (up to 219k tons). In November Ukrainian enterprises produced 77.4k tons of fresh and 22.3k tons of frozen poultry meat.
Earlier we reported that in November 2016 poultry export from Ukraine made 24.5k tons, by 14% higher than in October. In total in January-November 2016 Ukrainian poultry export comprised about 224k tons (vs. 161.3k tons for the whole Y2015).
