Basing on Ukrainian Ministry of Agriculture information grains export from Ukraine since the start of new season (July 2016) made 16.8M tons. Wheat export made 9.5M tons, corn – 3.2M tons, barley – about 4M tons.
In addition, during September-October Ukraine exported 264k of soybeans, about 700k tons of sunflower oil and about 500k tons of sunflower and soybean meal.
In previous marketing year total grains export made 39.4M tons, expectation for new season – 41M tons. Up to the current date Ukrainian agrarians harvested more than 60M tons of grains, total expected figure for current season – 64M tons. Earlier we reported that harvesting campaign for sunflower seeds and soybeans almost finished in Ukraine with record-high harvest volumes.
