Agroholding-2012, controlled by Epicenter-K Group, is to purchase Obolon-Agro

Total area of new market is slightly more that 10k sq m, assortment includes more than 60k of goods.

Total land bank of Obolon-Agro stands at about 11k ha, current owner is one of the largest beer and soft drinks producer in Ukraine – Obolon (in Y2016 its net sales made UAH 3.5bln, EBITDA – about UAH 400M, debt burden as of 31.12.16 – UAH 2.4bln).

As a result of new acquisition land bank of Epicenter is to further increase, at the moment is about 120k ha.
