Total revenue of Bunge Group in Y2022 increased by $8 bln y-o-y up to $67.2 bln

Main business directions of the group are trading in agricultural production and oilseeds crush.

Volume of agri-production trading in Y2022 decreased y-o-y by 6.5M tons to 77.5M tons, but due to higher average prices segment's revenue increased by $4M up to $47.7 bln. Operating income was stable y-o-y at about $2.1 bln.

In oil segment volumes remained more or less table at 9M tons, revenue made $16.9 bln ($13.3 bln in Y2021), operating profit comprised $881 mln ($534 mln a year ago).

In its financial report the group notes that its direct losses due to russian agression against Ukraine made $80 mln (mainly loss related to inventory stock in Ukraine). On the top of that loss due to fire sale of russian oilseeds crusher made $95 mln.
