Kernel appointed new CFO and Legal Director.

In a message on Kernel's official website, it is noted that the group's CFO Anastasia Usachova left her position on May 5, 2023. At the same time, Anastasia will remain the member of the company's Board of Directors.

Serhiy Volkov, who previously held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of Credit-Dnipro Bank, became the new financial director of Kernel. During most of his career Serhiy worked in various positions in companies related to Victor Pinchuk - Interpipe, East One and others.

In 2021, commenting on the interest of Kernel's majority shareholder Andriy Verevskyi to buy Sberbank Ukraine, RBC Ukraine called Volkov a creature of Vitaly Khomutynnik, who is a longtime business partner of Andrii Verevskyi.

It should be noted that on April 25, Victoria Lukyanenko left the position of Legal Director at Kernel and was replaced by Artem Filip'ev, who previously worked as the deputy CEO of the ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih metallurgical plant.
