One of the largest Ukrainian agricultural holdings, a public company whose shares are listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange - IMÑ - reported the completion of early grain harvesting.
This year, winter wheat was harvested from an area of 33,300 ha, 236,000 tons of grain were threshed, and the average yield was a record 7.1 tons/ha in the entire history of the company’s operations.
The area to be harvested this year was more than 80% larger than the traditional area under winter crops for IMC, which was caused by changes in the structure of crop rotation in favor of winter crops instead of corn, the company said in its statement.
