For the first nine months of 2023, the revenue of the Epicenter-K company amounted to UAH 52 billion, which was 27% higher y-o-y.
According to the data of the company's interim quarterly financial report, the turnover of Epicenter-K for January-September 2023 amounted to UAH 52.3 billion, which is 27% higher y-o-y.
The company's operating profit in the reporting period decreased slightly y-o-y, amounting to UAH 3.7 billion (UAH 4.5 billion for the first nine months of 2022), net profit amounted to UAH 2.6 billion (UAH 2.25 billion).
As of October 2023, the retailer operates 74 shopping centers, including Nova Liniya hypermarkets (before the full-scale invasion, there were more than 80 of them, but several stores were damaged, and four hypermarkets - in Mariupol, Kherson, Chernihiv and Buch - were completely destroyed).
The Epicenter continues its development in the Ukrainian agricultural sector as well.
Recently, the company announced plans to build an industrial park in the town of Horodok, Khmelnytskyi region, which will include three plants - for bioethanol production, oilseeds processing, and waste processing. The structure of the complex will also include a solar power plant, a thermal power station and a silo.
As a reminder in 2022, the turnover of Epicenter-K almost did not change compared to 2021 and amounted to UAH 57.6 billion. It can be expected that in 2023 Epicenter will significantly improve its revenue figure.
