Rozetka's network of delivery points continues to grow - since the start of the full-scale invasion, the company has increased their number by more than 200.

At the beginning of 2024, ShareUAPotential continues to publish the first results of the year for the largest Ukrainian companies - now is the turn of the biggest Ukrainian online store and marketplaxe - Rozetka.

As of February 24, 2022, there were 246 Rozetka delivery points in 73 Ukrainian cities, the turnover of the company Rozetka.UA (according to its official financial statements) in 2021 was UAH 21 billion, and the turnover of its sister company OTK Europlus was UAH 7.4 billion.

There was no official data on the consolidated revenue of the group, but it should be noted that a significant part of the turnover of Rozetka online-store was provided by third-party sellers who used the marketplace to sell their goods, so Rozatka received only commission income from sales. According to the owner of the group Vladyslav Chechotkin, the total turnover of Rozetka, including the revenue of third-party sellers on the marketplace, amounted to more than $2 billion per year.

In 2022, the revenue of Rozetka.UA decreased by 13% compared to the previous year and amounted to UAH 18.4 billion. The turnover of the sister company OTK Europlus for 2022 was UAH 9.2 billion (UAH 7.4 billion in 2021).

At the same time, at the end of 2022, the company returned to development, opening new points of goods delivery - both its own and under franchise scheme. As of the beginning of 2023, there were 297 delivery points in the network, and there were plans to open 200 new points in 2023.

Rozetka fulfilled its plans by about 75%, as at the end of 2023 the number of delivery points was 449 in 135 towns of Ukraine, so approximately 150 new points were opened during the year (in total, during a full-scale invasion - more than 200). <>pAbout a quarter of the points were opened under the franchise scheme, all others are owned.

As for the 2023 turnover, back in October, Vladyslav Chechotkin noted that, according to his expectations, the turnover in USD terms should exceed the 2021 figure.

In the first nine months of 2023, the turnover of the Rozetka.UA company increased by approximately 50% compared to the corresponding period of 2022, similar turnover dynamics was also at OTK Europlus, so it can be expected that for the whole of 2023, according to the official reporting of these companies, the turnover will be significantly higher compared to 2021.
