In 2023, Rozetka.UA increased its turnover by 38% compared to the previous year.

According to the official financial report of Rozetka.UA, its turnover in 2023 amounted to UAH 25.5 billion, which is 38% more than in the previous year.

At the same time, due to the increase in selling expenses, the company's profitability, according to official data, decreased. Operating profit of the company for 2023 was only UAH 3 million (UAH 170 million in 2022), net profit - UAH 12 million (UAH 119 million).

The turnover of related with Rozetka.UA company - OTK Europlus - for 2023 amounted to UAH 12.7 billion (+37% compared to the previous year), but the net profit also decreased - to UAH 18 million (UAH 66 million in 2022).

UAProm became the most profitable company of the group in 2023. The net profit of this company in the reporting year amounted to UAH 351 million (UAH 221 million in 2022). At the same time, the turnover of the UAProm company in 2023 amounted to UAH 1.8 billion (UAH 1.2 billion in 2022).

As a reminder, according to the official financial statements, the sales of Rozetka companies reflect only the sale of its own goods, since when selling goods of third-party sellers through the marketplace, Rozetka receives only a commission income from sale.

Already at the end of 2022, the company returned to development, opening new delivery points - both its own and using franchise.

As of the end of 2023, the number of Rozetka delivery points was 449 in 135 towns and villages of Ukraine, so in 2023 approximately 150 new points were opened (in total, during a full-scale invasion - more than 200).

About a quarter of the delivery points were opened under the franchise scheme, all others are own.
