In 2023, Ukrainian honey exports amounted to almost 55,000 tons with a total value of $121 million.

According to preliminary data of customs statistics, the export of honey from Ukraine in December amounted to 5.8 thousand tons, 8% less than in November, but 41% more than in December 2022. The average export price, after a significant decrease during the year, has remained relatively stable in recent months - in December it was $1.95 per 1 kg (in November - $2 per 1 kg, while in the first quarter of 2023 the average price of Ukrainian honey for export was $2.65 for 1 kg).

In money terms, exports in December amounted to $11.3 million.

In total, in 2023, Ukraine exported 55 thousand tons of honey for $121 million. For comparison, in 2022 - 48 thousand tons for $137 million, in 2021 - 57.6 thousand tons for $143 million:
